1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under these conditions:

  • Transfer Not Started: If you purchased AIWATransfer but did not start the transfer process (i.e., did not click the "Start" button), you may request a refund.
  • Transfer Failed: If the transfer process fails due to an incompatibility issue or another technical reason, you may request a refund. You must provide a valid log file to verify the issue.
  • Refund Request Within 7 Days: Refunds are only available if requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Used Transfers: If you purchased a license that includes multiple transfers (e.g., 5 transfers) and have already used some (e.g., 2 out of 5), a refund cannot be processed.
  • User Error: Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by incorrect operation, including incorrect device selection or failure to follow instructions.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@aiwatransfer.com with the subject "Refund Request - AIWATransfer".
  2. Provide your order number and purchase details.
  3. If requesting a refund due to a failed transfer, attach the log file showing the issue.
  4. Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
